ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. All BPL families irrespective of religion, caste or creed.
2. All Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribes irrespective of income.
3. Rs. 700/- in Rural areas.
4. Rs. 600/- in Urban areas.
5. Rs. 500/- for Home deliveries (rural/urban)
6. Cash assistance in the form of cheque/ECS/CPSMS for Institutional Deliveries in Govt. hospitals and accredited private Institutions only.

The following documents must be enclosed with each application from :

1. ALL BPL FAMILIES
   a. Mother and Child Protection Card
   b. Photostat copy of BPL Ration Card OR Antyodaya Anna Yojana card.
2. SC/ST
   a. Mother and Child Protection Card
   b. Photostat copy of SC/ST status.

For SC/ST women, the criteria of parity (not having had more than two live births) is not applicable and there are no age limitations.
